If you are trying to access Personal Credit Union (PCU), but you get a message saying the "system is unavailable" try this:



Step 1

Choose Internet Options
from the Tools menu.

(For IE 7 or 8, the menu is found
to the right of the screen.)



Step 2

Click the Delete button in the
Browsing History section.






Step 3

Make sure the box next to "Cookies" is checked then click delete.

If you are on IE8, the screen will look like this picture. Any previous version will not have the top option, so you do not need to worry about it.

If you have IE8, make sure to "uncheck" the top option (Preserve Favorites website data) .

If the top option is still checked when deleting the cookies, it will save the ones related to PCU, and those need to be deleted.

 

Step 4

Once the browser has finished delting the cookies, close the windows by clicking "OK".

Next close your browser, and then reopen it.


Step 5

Go back to the PCU site and log in.
