 Important Debit and Credit Card information

Q. Why did I receive a new card?

A. We have recently upgraded all of our debit and credit cards so we could provide you with easier functionality and more security to help protect you against fraud.

Q. What do I do if I didn’t receive my new card?

A. Please give one of our Card Specialists a call at (318)473-4562, or toll free at 1 (800)264-4562 so that we can verify if we have your most recent mailing address on file for you.

Q. When will my old card stop working?

A. Your old card will no long work as of Midnight on November 5, 2019. 

Q. When can I start using my new card?

A. As soon as you activate and set your new PIN on November 6, 2019.

Q. What do I do if I can’t activate my new card?

A. Please give one of our Card Specialists a call at (318)473-4562, or toll free at 1 (800)264-4562 so that we can help you in verifying your information is correct in our system.

Q. Can I just come into a branch to activate my new card and set my PIN?

A. We are more than happy to help; however, you will still have to call the activation number to activate your new card and set your PIN.

Q. How do I get the PIN for my new card?

A. You have the ease of setting your own pin by calling 1(800)631-3197. This is the same number you used to activate your card.

Q. Will my PIN number be the same?

A. You have the ability of setting your PIN to your old PIN number, or you can create a new one by calling 1(800)631-3197.

Q. I have two checking accounts and received two debit cards; how do I know which card goes to what account?

A. Please give one of our Card Specialists a call at (318)473-4562, or toll free at 1 (800)264-4562 so that we can help you.

Q. If there’s a joint owner on my account, do we share the same card number?

A. No, you will each have your own unique card numbers.

Q. My new card isn’t working, what should I do?

A. Make sure that you completed the activation process by calling 1 (800)631-3197 and that you set your new PIN number. Listen to each prompt all the way through.

Q. I pay bills automatically each month with my current debit card, will it still work?

A. You will need to update each of your billers with your new card information, as your card number, expiration date and security code have changed.

Q. If I have an authorized user on my credit card, will they be receiving a new card as well?

A. Yes, authorized users will be issued a new card.

Q. What do I do if I have charges that are not mine on my new card?

A. Please call 1(888)918-7313 to report any fraud. After hours, please call Customer Service at 1(866)553-2936.

Q. How do I go about setting up alerts to use my card out of state?

A. Please call Customer Service at 1(866)553-2936.

Q. What number do I call to report a lost or stolen card?

A. Please call Customer Service at 1(866)553-2936.

Q. When will my reward points stop accruing on my old card?

A. Your reward points will stop accruing on, November 5, 2019.

Q. What will happen with my current reward points?

A. You will need to redeem your reward points by, January 6, 2020.

Q. Will I have a new reward system?

A. Yes, you will start accruing points on your new card starting, November 6, 2019.

Q. When will I receive information on the new reward system?

A. You will receive information about the new rewards program on your December 2019  statement.
