COVID-19 Update on Lobby Reopening | Heart of Louisiana Credit Union

Curbside Sign-In for transactions is now available at all Heart branches.

We've got some exciting news to share! On Tuesday, June 2, 2020, we reopened our lobbies to the public with regular operating hours.

In an effort to adhere to the social distancing guidelines set forth by the CDC, LDH, and Governor Edwards we’re introducing an exciting new feature – Curbside Sign-In!

What is Curbside Sign-In?

Curbside Sign-In is a new feature that allows you to sign-in for virtually any credit union transaction – deposits, withdrawals, loans, new accounts, etc.- from the safety and comfort of your vehicle via text message.

Once a member of our staff is ready to assist you, you’ll receive a message inviting you to enter the credit union.

Our hope is that this new feature will allow us to practice social distancing, while delivering the same great service our members are accustomed to!

Reopening update

Updated on May 26, 2020 at Noon

As we've mentioned before, protecting our members' health and well-being during these uncertain times are our top priorities at Heart of Louisiana Credit Union.

Our tellers, financial officers, and management team are working daily to ensure that we can safely reopen our lobbies while embracing our mission of "Treating Members Like Family."

Last week we shared some exciting news about reopening our lobbies on May 26. However, we are pushing our lobby reopening back until we can fully implement all necessary safety measures.

At this time, our drive-thrus and call center remain available during regular credit union hours to serve you. We encourage you to continue to reach out to us if you need assistance with your accounts.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during these uncertain times and, "Thank you for being part of the Heart."
